Arena Group is committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for all our employees, contractors, and visitors, regardless of their location around the world. This objective can only be achieved by delivering and maintaining a world-class health and safety culture that is embraced by all our employees, our contractors, and visitors, and that is fully supported in all levels of our organisation.

Our health and safety commitment is based on the following principles:

We will operate our businesses in a manner that protects the health and safety of our employees, our contractors, our visitors, and our neighbours, while maintaining full compliance with applicable laws in respective countries, regulations, and voluntary obligations. When our own requirements at Arena Group are more stringent, we will operate to these higher standards. Maintaining the ‘Arena Standard’. We will provide a safe and healthy working environment and conditions and require the same of business partners and contractors working on behalf of Arena Group.
We will design and implement our processes and conduct business activities with consideration of occupational health and safety at all times, using a management system approach to eliminate hazards and reduce risks to prevent work related injury and ill health. We strive for continual improvement of our processes and occupational health and safety management system.
We will encourage our team members to participate in the development and review of our injury and ill health reduction programs and will consider their inputs and suggestions in decision-making processes that affect workplace health and safety.

Senior leadership of every Arena Group business and operation is ultimately responsible for meeting the above commitments. Additionally, we expect every employee, contractor, and visitor to follow the relevant health and safety rules, and to report workplace injuries and unsafe conditions in a timely manner.
